Lub Keithley 2657 Ib qho SourceMeter yog qhov ntsuas hluav taws xob loj, lub zog loj, qis tam sim no qhov ntsuas ntsuas ntawm lub zog (SMU) qhov ntsuas uas xa cov fais fab tsis muaj qhov tseem ceeb, qhov raug, ceev, yooj, thiab yooj yim siv los txhim kho kev tsim khoom hauv R& D , kuaj sim ntau lawm, thiab ib puag ncig kev ntseeg tau. Lub Keithley 2657 Qhov ntsuas ntawm SourceMeter yog tsim tshwj xeeb rau kev coj tus cwj pwm thiab ntsuas cov khoom siv hluav taws xob ntau thiab cov khoom siv hluav taws xob, xws li diodes, FETs, thiab IGBTs, thiab lwm yam thiab cov khoom siv hauv qhov hluav taws xob loj, teb tau sai, thiab meej ntsuas kev ntsuas ntawm voltage thiab tam sim no yuav tsum muaj.
Lub Keithley 2657 Lub hauv paus kev ntsuas ntsuas koom nrog Keithley' s Series 2600 Ib tse neeg ntawm lub zog hluav taws xob cov qauv hluav taws xob thiab cov kev daws teeb meem kom muaj lub zog zoo tshaj plaws thiab zoo tshaj plaws tam sim no kev ua tau zoo hauv kev lag luam Cov. Cov kev daws teeb meem kev cai-txhim kho no tau txais kev txhawb nqa los ntawm kev lag luam' s qhov tseem ceeb tshaj plaws parametric characterization software platforms kom loj hlob nrog koj raws li koj cov ntawv thov evolve. Lub Keithley 2657 A, zoo li txhua Series 2600 Qhov ntsuas ntawm cov khoom siv SourceMeter, muaj qhov hloov pauv siab, plaub feem plaub nthiv hluav taws xob thiab cov khoom siv tam sim no / thauj khoom txuas nrog precision hluav taws xob thiab tam sim no.
Cov Nta Tseem Ceeb ntawm:
Qhov chaw lossis tog txog 180 W ntawm DC lossis lub zog muaj zog (3000 V @ 20 mA, 1500 V @ 120 mA)
● {1 fA daws teeb meem qis tam sim no
● Dual 22-ntsis precision ADCs thiab dual 18-ntsis 1 s ntawm ib qho taw tes digitizers rau qhov raug qhov siab thiab qhov siab ceev cov kev ntes.
Ua Siab TSP ua kom yooj yim kev koom ua ke nrog lwm cov Series 2600 Ib qhov System SourceMeter qauv
● Kev sib xyaw ua ke lub tshuab xa hluav taws xob muaj tseeb, qhov khoom siv tam sim no, Digital Multimeter, lub cav hluav taws xob tsis siv lub tshuab hluav taws xob, V lossis I mem hluav taws xob, hluav taws xob 18-ntsis load, thiab txhais cov tswj - txhua tus hauv ib qho ntsuas.
Suav nrog TSP nthuav tawm software, LabVIEW tsav tsheb, thiab Keithley' s Test Script Builder software kev tsim kho ib puag ncig.
